friendly staff immaculate hotel comfortable stay great breakfast
the staff were very cute and friendly! the hotel was immaculate. it was very comfortable and had everything i needed for my stay. i found the breakfast fantastic, a great way to start the day.
The bedding for the sofa bed my son chose was missing. I had to get it and was only given sheets.

After a busy shopping trip at the Metro Centre, it was just a short drive. Check-in was quick, and the staff were helpful and cheerful. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were very comfortable!!! I really enjoyed the good value breakfast. The hot croissants were excellent!!!

The staff gave helpful directions for public transport into newcastle. Their recommendations for local attractions were useful. breakfast offered many choices. I found it convenient. the bed was very comfortable with excellent soaps. I appreciated the shower gel.
The room felt too warm. There was no air conditioning, only a small table fan.

room cleaning issue inconvenient relocation
the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful.
The room was not cleaned properly. I spoke to reception and they moved me to another room. they gave me a voucher for a couple of drinks, but it was still inconvenient. it meant repacking and moving all my belongings.

the breakfast included a huge variety of food.
i had issues with the room i booked. it had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. the reception staff did allocate another room and offered a voucher for drinks, but it was still a hassle.

good choices clean room comfortable room temporary repair
The breakfast offered good choices. The room was very comfy and tidy. A young man at reception provided sellotape for my glasses repair, I was so happy! It was a very good problem solution and I appreciated it.
The room had tea and coffee, but I would have preferred hot chocolate.
